INCUBATION CONCEPT
After investing in mobile services and operating start-ups, I decided to create a new concept based on my experience in technology and business incubators.
SoLoMoCo is a mobile internet holding company investing in 4 categories: SOcial Media, LOcal Ads, MObile Services and COmmerce Platforms.
The "Incubator Holding" operates as a hands-on Investment Fund bridging the gap between business angels and traditionnal VC firms in a fragmented mobile ecosystem but concentrated in the Paris hub area.
The holding is managed differently from than a traditional seed & venture capital firm because it operates with shareholders in a technology incubator without limited partners.
The holding often co-invests with Paris-based Truffle Capital. It aims to make 5-10 investments in the next 2 years.
