AXA Seed Factory announces its 2nd investment with Particeep, a software solution that is ready to go out of the shelf and designed to set-up, launch and market your own crowdfunding platform. The company has closed a 350K€ investment in a seed round to accelerate its growth and aims to launch a crowdfunding insurance solution to online investors.
Crowdfunding market now amounts for more than one million users in France. Global market is about 3 billion dollars, out of which Europe is representing one third. With French regulations in place and significant growth of crowdfunding portals, a new insurance market between investors and startups opens in Europe.
