Dan Ariely
A best-selling author on behavioural economics is to put his ideas into practice by joining an insurance start-up. Dan Ariely, author of the 2008 hit Predictably Irrational, is to become chief behavioural officer at Lemonade, a US-based peer-to-peer insurance company.
The move comes amid a surge in interest in insurance start-ups, as new capital looks to shake up the industry.
