Pourquoi la MAIF est devenue une entreprise à mission? Comment l’entreprise à mission va gérer le New Normal / post-covid? Quelles sont les actions concrètes? Exemples? Ancien élève de l’École nationale d'administration, Pascal Demurger quitte la fonction publique (Direction du Budget au ministère de l’Économie et des Finances) pour rejoindre en septembre 2002, le Groupe MAIF en qualité de Conseiller à la Direction générale. Il y évolue à différents postes et prend la direction du groupe MAIF en 2009. Dirigeant engagé, Pascal Demurger estime que l’entreprise doit assumer ses responsabilités au-delà d’elle-même et veiller à son impact sur son environnement. Il publie en juin 2019 aux Editions de l’aube L’entreprise du XXIè siècle sera politique ou ne sera plus, dans lequel il partage cette conviction et son expérience dans la construction d’un modèle d’entreprise original depuis 10 ans à la MAIF.
