The biggest output was the Nokia Worldmap , which is a document showing the future trends in user experience, business and technology. One could conclude that this methodology helps us to know what the future will be made of.
VENTURING IN MOBILE & MEDIA SERVICES
When I joined, my first project was to look into the future of advertising business model and its implications in mobile advertising. In 2005, I was promoted "Venture Partner" (Head of Business Development) where I coached about a dozen ventures in their go-to-market strategies. Mostly, I used the Bell-Mason framework.
Entering my third year (2006), time has come for me to become more operational. I decided then to leverage on my (1) experience with publishers, (2) learning from venturing and (3) knowledge mobile technology and user experience to start a newly created venture in mobile advertising.
